Het bedrijf heeft behalve in Turkije ook vestigingen in Nederland, Engeland, Duitsland, Frankrijk, Oostenrijk en Belgie. Nederland kent Çiğköftem al in de vier grote steden en ook in Amersfoort, Tilburg, Zaandam en Breda. En daar kwam woensdag ook Arnhem ook bij.

Cigköfte is een gerecht uit Turkije dat wordt gemaakt van rauw vlees en pittige kruiden. Doorgaans wordt rundvlees of lamsvlees gebruikt, en het gerecht wordt als borrelhapje of als bijgerecht geserveerd.
