Kunt u nog niet (goed) overweg met de website van gemeente en overheid? Dan kunt u gratis meedoen aan een cursus Digisterker in Arnhem en leert u websites van de overheid (beter) te gebruiken
Wat leert u?
U leert in de cursus hoe u gebruik kunt maken van digitale diensten van de gemeente en landelijke overheid. Bijvoorbeeld hoe u een DigiD aanvraagt en gebruikt, hoe u informatie vindt en inlogt op overheidswebsites, toeslagen aanvraagt, afspraken maakt en de zogeheten ‘Regelhulp’ gebruikt. Voor mensen die thuis geen internet hebben en/of geen e-mailadres, is de workshop ‘Klik en tik’, die ook gegeven wordt in de Bibliotheek Arnhem.
Wanneer is het?
In juni kunt u de cursus volgen in Kronenburg of Presikhaaf:
- maandag 1, 8, 15 en 22 juni in bibliotheek Kronenburg van 09.30-11.30 uur
- donderdag 11, 18, 25 juni en 2 juli in bibliotheek Presikhaaf van 09.30-11.30 uur.
Vanaf het najaar worden opnieuw cursussen georganiseerd, zolang er inschrijvingen zijn.
