De Nederands-Turkse advocaat Feride Tosun zat vandaag ‘vast’ toen ze in gesprek was met haar client in een advocatenkamer bij de politie in Almere.

Vast met verdachte
Mede vanwege een storing van de intercom was het voor haar ook niet mogelijk om contact te leggen met de buitenwereld. Volgens haar eigen verklaring via social media zat ze minstens 20 minuten vast met de verdachte in de advocatenkamer. Uit haar reactie begrepen we dat zij dit alles behalve veilig vond. ‘#LekkerVeilig’.
Geen alarmknop in advocatenkamer
In de advocatenkamer is het zefs voor de advocaten niet toegestaan om een mobiele telefoon mee te nemen naar het gsprek met de verdachte. In Almere was er ook geen alarmknop die advocaten kunnen gebruiken wanneer het eventueel uit de hand loopt. Mogelijk maakte dit het voor Tosun iets erger dan verwacht.
Feride Tosun was helaas niet bereikbaar voor commentaar.
