Dameselftal voetbalvereniging Elsweide presteert steeds beter
Het damesvoetbal bij voetbalvereniging Elsweide gaat steeds beter en beter. Het elftal onder leiding van de succesvolle trainers Samet Esen en Ahmet Ekmekci speelde afgelopen voor het eerst gelijk tegen DCS en haalde een punt. De dames komen uit verschillende Arnhemse wijken en spelen in de tweede klasse.
Eerste punt is binnen
De B-junioren ‘Dames’ staan hierdoor geen laatste meer en hebben 1 punt uit vier wedstrijden. De dames zijn gretig en pakken het volgens de laatste berichten serieus op. Het elftal heeft ook eigen shirtsponsor. Sifa Accupunctuur uit Arnhem sponsort het dameselftal van Elsweide met heel veel trots en liefde.
Volgens trainer Rasid Gunes van het eerste elftal doen de dames het aardig. ‘Hoe koud het ook is, de dames komen gewoon met 20 ‘man’ trainen. Ze willen heel graag voetballen, en het gaat ook zichtbaar beter dan het afgelopen seizoen.
