Zes woninginbraken in November
Van 1 t/m 30 november hebben er in totaal zes woninginbraken plaatsgevonden in Arnhem-Zuid. Daarnaast is er één maal een poging geweest tot een woninginbraak. Vergeleken met vorig jaar zien we een forse daling. Toen betroffen het 35 woninginbraken waarvan er 17 een poging tot waren.
Meerdere keren met kliko
In vijf van de zeven gevallen zijn de daders via de achterzijde van de woning binnen gekomen. Wat opvalt, is dat er daarbij meerdere keren een kliko is gebruikt om bij het bovenlicht van de achterdeur te komen om deze te forceren en zo binnen te komen. Een bovenlicht is het (kleine) raam boven een deur.
De buit betrof veelal geld, sieraden en elektronica. In de meeste gevallen werd de woning volledig overhoop aangetroffen.
U weet vaak zelf het beste of er iets niet helemaal pluis is bij u in de straat. U ziet bijvoorbeeld een vreemde auto zachtjes door de straat rijden of u ziet een vreemd figuur bij huizen naar binnen kijken.
