Aldi: ‘Geen varkensgelatine of dierlijke producten in ijsthee’
Gisteren en eergisteren begonnen veel mensen printscreens te verzenden van een mail met een gesprek met een woordvoerder van Aldi. Daarin zou Aldi in verklaring hebben aangegeven dat er varkensgelatine zou zijn in de ijsthee van de firma. Mede omdat de ijsthee van de Aldi ook heel populair is leidde dit tot onrust.
Ijsthee bericht werd zonder check massaal gedeeld
Veel mensen deelden dit ook, zonder ook maar ergens na te vragen of dit klopte. Zelfs bekende vrijwilligers van sommige moskeeorganisaties deden hier aan mee. Bij navraag bij deze mensen werd er gezegd dat het ‘vertrouwelijk’ was en dat daarom niet gezegd kon worden wie de mail (zie foto) heeft doorgestuurd. Vreemde reactie natuurlijk!

De altijd betrouwbare DutchTurks.nl heeft vrijdag inmiddels contact gezoch met Aldi voor een verklaring over bovenstaande. Een woordvoerder van de Aldi ontkende dat er varkensgelatine zou zitten in de ijsthee. Aldi maakte in een verklaring duidelijk dat het niet weet waar de mail vandaan komt en dat dit onderzocht gaat worden. Aldi zelf en de leverancier van de ijsthee waren duidelijk: Er zit geen varkensgelatine en dierlijke vetten in de ijsthee.
Hollanda Dini Paylasimlar: ‘blijf delen’
Verschillende facebook pagina’s, waaronder Hollanda Dini Paylasimlar, deelden herhaaldelijk een bericht met een reactie van een woordvoerder van ‘Aldi’, Patricia Kerkhofs, waarin staat dat ‘in onze ijsthee soorten inderdaad een combinatie van varkensgelatine en dierlijke producten zit’. Ook wordt nog steeds het verzoek gedaan om dit te delen, mogelijk krijg dit nog een staartje.
DutchTurks.nl kennende weten wij dat zij goed onderzoek hebben gedaan en daadwerkelijk contact hebben gezocht met Aldi. Dit kunnen we helaas niet zeggen over andere sites of pagina’s.
