Op 7 en 8 mei rijdt de Giro d’Italia door Arnhem. Op zaterdag starten de renners midden in de stad. Een dag later komen ze via Geitenkamp Arnhem weer binnen en rijden dan een aantal mooie rondes langs alle mooie plekken. (bron: Arnhem.nl)

Kom op 5,6,7 of 8 mei naar het Giro Informatiepunt voor alle informatie, programmaboekjes of een bezoek aan de exposities. In de speciale editie van de Koerier is woensdag ook een overzicht te vinden van alle activiteiten en een kaartje waarop alle belangrijke punten zijn aangegeven.
Straten worden afgesloten in Arnhem
Om het evenement voor iedereen zo feestelijk mogelijk te laten verlopen zijn er afspraken gemaakt. Zo’n groot evenement maakt Arnhem tijdelijk minder goed bereikbaar. Het is onvermijdelijk dat er straten worden afgesloten of beperkt bereikbaar zijn. Alleen op deze manier kunnen wij voor iedereen – bewoners, wielrenners, bezoekers, hulpdiensten, vrijwilligers en professionals – de stad op veilige wijze bereikbaar houden.
