Rechter: Boete van €250.000 bij herhaling Erdogan-gedicht
De rechtbank in Hamburg heeft bekendgemaakt dat de Duitse komiek te ver is gegaan met zijn satire over de Turkse president Erdogan. De Duitser noemde Erdogan onder andere pedofiel en geitenneuker. In Nederland waren er ook veel mensen die dit ‘normaal vonden’.
De rechtbank van Hamburg oordeelt terecht dat het gedicht satire is, maar dat delen ervan niet zijn toegestaan. Bij herhaling kan de Duitse komiek ‘met een te grote bek’ (dit vinden wij) een boete krijgen van 250.000 euro of een gevangenisstraf van zes maanden!
Delen van het gedicht die Erdogan niet beledigen en en zijn eer niet aantasten zijn termen zoals ‘superstom’ , ‘laf’ en ‘verkrampt’, aldus de Duitse rechter.
In Nederland waren er ook paar figuren die de vrijheid van meningsuiting belangrijker vonden dan het uitschelden van de Turkse president. Waaronder ‘columniste’ Annabel Nanninga die het niet leuk vond toen HaberArnhem met een gedicht over haar zelf kwam.
