Oliesheik laat luxe jacht voltanken voor 500.000 euro
De eigenaar van Manchester City Sheik Al Nahyan liet zijn luxe jacht bijtanken aan de haven van Marmaris. Het bijtanken van de luxe jacht van de sheik kost maar 1,5 miljoen tl (500.000 euro).

De luxe jacht ‘Topaz’ van de sheik van de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten is 149 meter lang. En vaarde gisteren aan in Marmaris. De jacht behoort tot een van tien grootste jachten ter wereld. En kost maar 400 miljoen euro.
Omdat de jacht te groot was voor de haven van Marmaris moest het op afstand bijgetankt worden onder toeziend oog van nieuwsgierige bewoners. Met maar liefst vijf tankers werd er voor 730.000 liter brandstof getankt in vijf uur. De Turken kwamen dan ook op een totaalrekening van 1,5 miljoen tl voor het bijtanken.
Op de jacht van de Sheik werken 50 mensen en kunnen 12 mensen in 6 luxe cabines ontvangen worden. Behalve een landingsplaats voor een helikopter heeft deze jacht ook een jakuzzi, speelzaal, vergaderruimten, zwembad, fitnesszaal en andere kamers.
