Spectaculaire drone beelden ‘Ay Yildiz’ moskee

Een moskee die ontworpen is door een Nederlandse en Turkse architect. De ontwerpers van de moskee Bert Toorman en Hilmi Sahin kunnen nu, de door hun getekende gebouw, vanuit de lucht bekijken.

‘Ay Yildizli’ moskee
De moskee is ontworpen in de vorm van een maan en een vijfpuntige ster erop met daarbovenop een koepel. Vandaar dat er wordt gesproken over de Ay(maan) Yildizli(ster) moskee. Een sterpunt steekt buiten het gebouw, welke de richting naar Mekka aangeeft. De koepel is 18 meter en de minaretten zijn 38 meter hoog.

De Süleymaniye moskee in Tilburg is onderdeel van de Islamitische Stichting Nederland (ISN) en bevindt zich aan de Wandelboslaan 2 in Tilburg West. Hieronder de beelden.
