Dierense Boy 3, dat onder leiding staat, van Erhan ‘Chief’ heeft zijn eerste overwinning van het seizoen binnen. De ploeg van de Dierense Fatih Terim won overtuigend (4-0) van het vierde elftal van Elsweide dat het zo goed deed tot vandaag. Het elftal van ‘Chief’ had na zeven wedstrijden maar een punt.

‘Chief’ was trots op zijn elftal dat voor de rust met 1-0 voor kwam te staan. ‘We speelden weer gewoon heel goed als elftal. We speelden eigenlijk zoals we het hele seizoen spelen, het lukte ons maar niet om te scoren. We hebben nu eindelijk alle kansen afgemaakt. Vorige week speelden in de eerste helft Veluwezoom ook helemaal weg, maar verloren we met 6-1. Niemand die dat begreep, ook bij de tegenstander niet.’
Offday voor Elsweide
Counterploeg Elsweide had een totale off-day. Sterspelers Celil Aldemir (schorsing), Bahadir Arabaci en Muhammet Karaman waren afwezig. De Arnhemmers hadden amper kansen in deze echte Turkse derby van Gelderland. Beide elftallen. De sterke defensie met Hakan Koprulu en Mesut Tasci hadden ook amper invloed op de snelle spitsen van Dierense Boys.
Doelpunten
Metin Karakaya zorgde voor de 1-0 in Dieren tijdens deze kraker. Mr. Erzurum Samet Kalinci maakte na de rust de 2-0 voor de thuisploeg. Uitblinker Fatih Bulut scoorde uiteindelijk de 3-0 en 4-0 voor de Dierenaren.
