Lang afwezig vanwege blessure
In een korte interview tijdens de rust van Elsweide – CHRC (0-3) vertelde Sezgin dat hij nog lang afwezig zal zijn. ‘Ik moet rustig aan doen tot na de winterstop. Daarna zal ik weer beginnen met de trainingen en hopelijk weer spelen.’ Of ‘Speedy’ vanaf januari 2017 meteen al mee kan doen met de trainingen is niet bekend.
Gouden jaren bij Anadolu ’90
De 26-jarige snelpoot is snel en handig met de bal. Als 21-jarige was hij een paar jaar geleden nog wekelijks aan het schitteren bij Anadolu ’90 met sterspelers als Osman Akbulut en Suleyman Kose. Sinds twee seizoenen is de linkspoot actief bij de Arnhemse vijfdeklasser.
