Yildirim gaf aan dat daarbij terreurgroepen worden bevoorraad tegen Turkije, omdat het succes boekt in zijn strijd tegen terrorisme.
“Deze moeilijke tijden zijn een voorbode van het [nieuwe] Turkije, dat stijgt naar zijn plaats waar het hoort in de regio en in de wereld”, sprak de Turkse premier. “Geen reden tot pessimistisch gedrag.”
Yildirim liet ook weten dat Turkije een oorlog voert in het oosten en terreurgroepen zullen boeten voor de raketten die zijn afgevuurd naar Turkije. “We gaan het probleem bij de bron oplossen.”
