De jonge ondernemer uit Dieren heeft na lang twijfelen inmiddels een barbershop in Eerbeek. Na enkele maanden merkt hij dat het ‘te druk’ is in zijn zaak. De kapperszaak die gevestigd is aan de Coldenhovenseweg 6A in Eerbeek wordt door jong en oud goed bezocht. Zijn vaste klantenbestand blijft maar groeien en daarom moet hij nu actie ondernemen.
Kwaliteit en klantevredenheid
De eigenaar, Halil Kacan, wil door het uitbreiden van zijn vaste klanten een goede tweede kapper in huis halen. We moeten ervoor blijven zorgen dat de kwaliteit zoals nu op hoog niveau blijft, hierdoor blijft de klanttevredenheid goed en blijven mensen de volgende knipbeurt weer terugkomen, aldus Halil.
Verwachting kapper
Natuurlijk staat het resultaat van de knipbeurt op nummer 1 maar mijn toekomstige collega moet ook goed zijn in de omgang met onze klanten. Wij zoeken iemand die het knippen in de ‘vingers’ heeft met een leuke babbel. Je beschikbaarheid in het weekend(vrijdag en zaterdag) is ook een van de belangrijke factoren.
